Life. Expression. Emotion.

I love taking pictures of people and capturing their expressions. I love being able to freeze emotion
into a two dimensional memory. I'd love to hear about your wedding and your plans for remembering that day!

Based in Central New Jersey, open to travel.

April 23, 2009 - 11:48 am jen - ooh my fave is the one of the girl in the dark with the computer screen lighting her face. BTW can you subscribe to this blog?

BABUSHKA

Headed out to New Hope to meet up with Maria after not seeing her for years! We managed to get a few very cool shots up until I tore a hole in my jeans… from the crotch… down to… below my knee…

April 14, 2009 - 10:21 am Carl - hey nice set. I like #5 the most. keep shooting man.

April 14, 2009 - 4:31 pm jennifer - very sunshiny shots! what's maria doing in that shot where she's propped her leg up? i love her jeans. also the geese at the end remind me of amy/allen's geese at their lake house...remember them? what were their names again?

IT’S BECAUSE I’M ASIAN…

Took a few snaps when Joey was home from overseas. It was really great getting to see him after so long and it was really good to hear that his time there is more mundane than it is life threatening. They put the 3 Asian guys, including him, on computers… I wonder why that is… ;OD

April 14, 2009 - 4:32 pm jennifer - these shots remind me of a videogame!

April 23, 2009 - 5:09 pm joey - LOL

ALICE + MIKE | PLEASANTDALE CHATEAU WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY WEDDING

I’ve pretty much known Alice my whole life but Mike, I’ve met only a handful of times. Even so, I could tell that Alice is going to have someone take care of her and put her first!

I’ve been to my share of weddings but this one was a real treat because I actually brought my camera! I usually try to stay out of the hired photographers’ way and leave my camera at home, but I was asked by the MOB to bring my camera this time so naturally I couldn’t decline!

A big shout out and thank you to John Arcara for all the helpful tips and advice! And a thank you to Gavin also! He was the 2nd shooter that day.

I must say, what a beautiful dress, wedding, and reception!! The food was amaaaazing… Pleasantdale Chateau is rated as the nicest place in NJ for wedding receptions (or so I’ve been told…) Good job you guys on planning it all in such a short amount of time!
I wish you both a life full of love and happiness! Congratulations!

KREW KINGZ – JABBAWOCKEEZ

Had the pleasure of being invited by Simon to one of the Jabbawockeez clothing line shoots in Manhattan.
Zush Heinrich was the main photographer for the shoot and he hooked me up with an extra Pocket Wizard so I could join in on the shoot with his Dynalites.
Also, got onto the roof top for a very chilly session with the Empire State Building as the backdrop. I took the second shooter position off somewhere on some very steep stairs and captured only available light.
Anyway, less talk! More pictures!
